Still the best road game I have ever been to and the only time I have ever been to Doak. Proud to say I will be heading that way on Friday for a second take.

Agreed, definately the single best road game I've been to, followed closely by Wake '07. Clemson student section at Doak was absolutely nuts. Walking out of that stadium was one of the greatest feelings ever.

A night I will never forget. We left out the day after I turned 21. 7 buddies in a minivan. We drank our ##### off, cheered louder than any Seminhole there, and watched James Davis make the run that set up the win. This was my first "long way away" road game and also the first time I bet big on the Tigers. I will never forget that game or weekend for that matter for the rest of my life.

Oh, and for those that were there. We cheered so hard walking to the game and through those tunnels I thought i'd never be able to talk in the game. There was a crowd of Clemson fans on each side of the road (what seemed like 250 on each side) and we went back and forth the whole way to those tunnels. Somehow I managed to talk/scram through the end.

My two favorite memories from that game- the CU section

Sep 16, 2012, 10:55 PM

going absolutely nuts after we scored the go-ahead TD and walking through all the stunned looks on the faces of the arrogant FSU fans on the way back to the parking lot. It was almost as good as walking out to the Cockroach after collecting the rent!

take away our charitable contributions and it would not have been close. seems like they had 8 or 9 pts before they ran an offensive play. Blocked 2 pt conversion ran back and block punt for 6
