RB Recruiting

Everyone is quick to point the finger at Spiller but if you’re a top RB in the country do you really trust Streeter? I know Streeter wasn’t the O-Coordinator during ETN years but this isn’t the first time they inexcusably went away from the run game.

Recruiting the skill positions was a strength in the past and we did get a good QB this cycle but I am concerned about our recruiting at WR and RB. I hope we can do a better job and find some studs for the '24 class.

Honestly WR recruiting was better prior to the playoff run. Since 2015, how many guys have actually been studs?

Cain, Mike Williams, Tee, Amari?

Ross overall was never as good as he could have been bc of injuries. I don’t count Renfrow bc he was a walk on. Powell had a great final season but other 3-4 years were nothing to write home about.

ETN was probably the biggest receiving threat in 2019 & 2020.

Still too early to determine Freshmen Williams and Randall.

I’m not sure they’d get them but I think a proven portal WR is where Clemson needs to turn. Keep developing Recruited WR but they need help now.
