Adding Notre Dame added about 1 Million dollars to the ACC's television payout per team.

In addition each Notre Dame game at an ACC site belongs to the ACC, and would be content for the ACC network.

It's also great exposure for the ACC team. How in the world do sellout games at Wake Forest and BC end up in primetime? Yes because the IRish.

It was brilliant move and coup to nab Notre Dame.

People are already anticipating the sellout at Death Valley next year.

ND doesn't get the same share as the other ACC members

because they were allowed to keep their NBC deal for home games. ACC home games benefit from higher ratings and ticket sales.

ND or thier specialty treatment, The deal benefits the acc greatly.

Nd gets 7 home games which they maintain the rights to.... yes. But they will acc play road games which will bring more fans.

General fans will watch wake forest play nd more than They will watch wake forest play ecu.

and it is doubtful if they will ever be 'all in'. This is precisely why I was concerned abt them joining in everything but football. Hypothetical....Clemson and FSU are on the bubble at the end of the season ND is un defeated.....so they put all 3 in the playoffs? Will the voters see it as too many schools from one conference?

Btw, VS....I pointed you for the Dazed and Confused pic. It'd be cool if you did keep that in your sig forever.

Clemson does make money playing in Athens and Columbia by the simple fact that those games alternate between Clemson and away. 100% of your take on your home field. 0% of their take on their field.
