Just kidding, although this has been discussed a bit. I wouldn't be surprised to see a transfer or two, but what a problem to have.

qb #1A is on the way. The coots are still debating that one of their past qbs was better than Watson.

The starter for 2017 ( post Kent St and Auburn) will be Zerrick Cooper. And he will have the job through the 2017 season barring injury. Going into 2018 the battle will be between Zerrick, Johnson, Brice and Lawrence with Zerrick winning the job slightly. After that 1 of those 4 will transfer (Probably Brice) and the 2019 will feature Johnson as a Junior and Lawrence as a Sopuhimore or Redshirt Freshman and that is to close to call so TBD on that.

I don't know if you're right but that's a strong answer

History has Dabo opening the season with experience, but the consensus is he's learned from the Stoudt debacle. I hope one of the rue passing quarterbacks can step forward and take the job.

The "experience" factor you stated is exactly why I put in parentheses "post Kent St and Aub". Read posts better, instead of skimming through next time

I think the third and forth place finishers this spring will take a hard look at what they want out of there time at Clemson. If they are in school for a degree then they will stay at least until that is achieved. Israel has a chance, since he redshirted, to play a post grad year somewhere else. He may even graduate with 2 years left.

Yes I agree, it's a dang good problem to have. But it can have its side affects. Hunter could feel insulted and move in another direction, same can be said for Brice. Signing their financial papers with CU doesn't mean they can't back out and go to a different school. Lawrence still has 14-15 months before he has to sign. A lot can happen over that time. Let's worry about the next guy(s) up. Let's get them in school first. Again YES it's a good problem, but Lawrence's commitment may be a blessing to soon. In the end great QBs will be transferring out to other schools in years to come.
IMHO Coop will be around for a while. Bryant will play next year but will rotate out with Coop, Israe, and Brice/ Johnson. Johnson or Brice will Redshirt. Sadly I feel Bryant and Israel will transfer out after next year and I can't blame them. Coop will hang around but I feel he will transfer out his senior year. Coop will provide the new guns with leadership and experience for the next few years. I don't like to jump the guns just yet bc Coop and Bryant are badazz quarterbacks right now!! Let's focus on now, not the first day of class or NSD.
