Pretty sure I won going to the doctor yesterday

she was fully stumped at my issue and that is success.
Upper right quadrant pain. Not sharp, not dull, just pain. Right around my last rib.
Comes and goes. When it does come it lasts for a few hours. Happens more if I'm sitting during the day. When I'm up moving around it doesn't happen as often.
No other symptoms.
She ran a blood test and I'm waiting to see what it could be.
Last blood test was slightly elevated liver enzymes but not enough to cause alarm.
Maybe drinking like a fish and eating Perlow every other night has finally caught up to me.

Eating doesn't affect it or at least I haven't noticed. The last time it hurt

was when I didn't have anything to eat. I ate something and it went away. Not sure if that's the trend. Haven't been paying attention.

She was thinking, then circling on the chart. Then thinking some more

then circling some more.
I said "Every time you circle something that bill gets higher"

No way your ass is paying for a doctor when you got a buddy that used to hook-up with a pharmacy tech so he knows enough without having to pay for the real thing.

Might wanna get it checked out.
No need to take the ambulance ride to get there though.

First thing the PA doc asked me was how old I was and started talking about taking my gall bladder out out like its just a normal thing to do. I said that since its OEM equipment, it probably wasn't an option and I'd like to keep it if possible.
Next thing I know some strange dude was pumping me full of propofol and ramming a camera up myass/down my throat. I hope if it was the same camera, they at least hosed it off.

And I used to get GERD really bad..to the point of not being able to swallow sometimes. After not drinking for 4 months, that seemingly went away.
Dr said my stomach was pretty scarred from acid erosion. He has me on pantoprazole now, which is a hopped up Prilosec.

I now take OTC Nexium and it's gone. I can't go 2 days without taking it now.

gastro is a definite thought.
the other i am familiar with is cardiology. insist they go above and beyond and check heart. there are many warning signals that aorta will send letting you know something is up.
again, not a doc - butt seen some things that would not be first thought from your pcp.
