Sammy is dealing with a suspension for a stupid mistake that I, and everyone around the program, expect to be a one-time thing.
Mike Bellamy couldn't keep his personal affairs together, and that's unfortunate.
Tony Steward tore his ACL and the recovery time has put him behind the 8-ball, losing reps in practice.

too cautious about putting freshman on the field. I guess I'm of the philosphy that if they are te best atheletes, the only way to make them better is to play them early and often. Why wait? I know practice is important and they need to understand what they are doing but nothing beats live action against other high qualitiy atheletes.

Answer = "0"
Frost and Coleman couldn't break into the starting lineup, Dyer was dismissed, and Newton ... whatever happened to him anyway??

are starters as true sophomores, and one had a historic season for a freshman. 50% contrbuting that heavily is a huge impact, even for "five stars".
Unfortunately, acting like this is a dissapointing impact, it just shows Sawchick doesnt really understand college football all that much.
