For the defense/security failure that has become the withdrawal of US forces, I plead for His protection over at least the humanitarian progress that’s been made there. Civilians and dissenters are in mortal danger right now.

Yeah that will help. I think they will need more than that. They will be at the mercy of the Taliban. Maybe the Taliban has evolved some? That's really their only hope.
