Daylight savings time with a newborn. Lets just flip a switch and change the time by an hour... ill explain that to my 4 month old.

Thankfully, we homeschool the other 2 so our schedule is not quite so rigid as it would be if they were in a school.

Can we please just end this stupid time change stuff?

The amount of "natural light" stayed the same as it did the day before (+ a few seconds or so due to Earth/Sun relationship). The only health effects are mental, not physical.

You know who wasn't affected by the time change yesterday?
Deer. Squirrels. Birds (if they exist). And neither should humans.

Are noctuurnal animals like raccoons and possums facing adverse health effects because the nights are getting shorter as summertime approaches? Should they be worried about their “circadian misalignment”?
