Political Correctness has gone way to far!

I guess it's easier to sell your soul to the devil than to stand up and do what's right. You can love the sinner and hate the sin, you can agree to disagree but one side shouldn't be denigrated just because their beliefs aren't the same as the ### media and liberals. I am done with the NFL, and I am about to be done with the NCAA and all it entails. I can live without sports and probably get more done and spend more time with grandkids. I have watched and played sports for the better part of 58 years and it will be hard to miss watching my TIGERS, but it seems you can't enjoy sports anymore without it being turned into a political sideshow. This everyone has to feel good, everyone has to play, everyone has to get a trophy, everyone can go into the other sex's restroom, there aren't evil people in the world just people who need jobs and have been used, is the progressive's way of taking over and doing away with responsibility and accountability.

But I stopped watching NFL last year, haven't missed it a bit. Also, I said I might give up on anything the NCAA has their greedy hands in, not I QUIT! But I am getting to that point with all the side show crap, just play ball and debate politics at the bar!

which is why state's rights is a myth. your state can vote

but the liberal fabric has so infected and brainwashed our media that they will shame you into agreeing with them. Its propaganda that wins in the end. And the pressure from a few groups will force you to abide by their view. States rights sounds like a wonderful thing but its not practical anymore. There it doesn't matter. Only matters if the elites in Washington and those who run our media agree with your view will it work.

violate the rights of individuals to equal protection under the law.
The "states rights" argument is used primarily by people who want to pass laws that discriminate against individuals.

Nope, actually his popularity is due to disenchantment with Washington, a foolish miscalculation by the GOP, a horrible TV show, and oodles of free publicity during the primaries by the media. And attributing the OP's original statement of " responsibility and accountability" to a con artist with a history of not paying his bills, ripping off partners, creditors, workers, and NJ taxpayers, being less than forthright about his foreign investments, and admitted hypocrisy about criticizing others for using foreign workers while using them for his own and his daughter's clothing lines, makes the statement ludicrous.

the north carolina legislature could have just left this alone. instead, they thought it would make nice red meat for their "christian" base to have government intrude into an area that there was no actual problem in. And now you, and they, are being burned for it. Congratulations. You got what you wanted. You've avoided being raped by a transgender guy in the bathroom when you tinkle. Now consider if it was worth the cost.

IN BETWEEN!

That is an as-sine statement... This whole thing was started and promoted by politicians from Charlotte... Transgenders are not male nor female...they are in between! So let them have their own bathroom... showers and locker rooms are rarely mentioned because no one in their right mind is comfortable with that!

Sorry but this has nothing to do with political correctness. They passed a law which has since been deemed unconstitutional and they still doubled down in it. The most egregious portion of the bill has nothing to do with bathrooms. That is a red herring for the base. Private business has every right to take their business elsewhere. Free speech isn't free. You can speak your mind all you want to but you are not immune to the consequences. That is the free market system. If you disagree then plan multiple vacations to NC and spend all your money there. That is how it works.
