Flat billing aside, what's the general consensus on tattoos? I've got tattoos

that all have meaning to me, but they're also easily concealable under normal clothing if I need them to be.
Personally, I enjoy getting them occasionally, though I only have 5. I certainly don't judge someone who doesn't want them, and also understand that there are times when people go way overboard on them.
Thoughts?

I could decide on something that I knew I wouldn't hate 10 years from now AND if my wife didn't care. She doesn't like tats, at least says she doesn't like them on me. No clue about if she likes them on better looking men.

I get that. I got my first one at 21, back when you had to drive to Athens, GA to get a good one.
It is a small one on my arm, and I didn't get another one until after ex-tkshe and I separated when I was 40. In the 7 years since, I've gotten all the rest. That's including one in Germany, which is my biggest and most elaborate one.
But again, they all have significant meaning to me (kids names and birthdates, dad's dog tags etc), and I wouldn't get one if it didn't.

tattoos off of cadavers so that they can receive a proper burial in a Jewish cemetery. they do this to expose the young soldiers to death and gore but I imagine it also leaves them with a lasting impression as to the tattoos as well
