The Pepper Johnson report is unlike anything that came out of the UNCheat "investigations". I would encourage all of you to read the lead story in the Waco Tribune. Even the excerpts are "horrifying" to quote the Chairman of the Baylor BOR. Unike UNCheat, the Board allowed an independent investigation to uncover all the facts, and I'll give them credit for that much.
