bumper crops next year. Borned in SC, grode up in GA…peaches are like the worst fruit. They have like a 7 day ripe window, if you don’t hit that, you’re eating organic styrofoam or gushy mush brown glops and don’t get me started on the pits. On their own merit, they suck.
Now I’ll use them caramelize meat for a carnita or a bulgogi, they ain’t without their uses. But on their own…least favorite fruit. Apples, pears, nanners, pretty much berries of any kind, I dig. Peaches, nah.
