I tried to be a Panthers fan but their front office has been worst than any front office I can remember except maybe the Browns.
If you combine the Bryce Young trade with the Brian Burns trade (the declining of the Rams' offer before later accepting the Giants' offer), then
the Panthers traded:
+ 2024 1.01 / QB Caleb Williams
+ WR D.J. Moore
+ 2023 Round 1 pick (top-10)
+ 2023 Round 2 pick
+ 2023 Round 2 pick
+ 2024 Round 1 pick
+ 2025 Round 1 pick
In exchange for:
+ 1 year rental of Brian Burns in a meaningless 2-win season
+ Bryce Young, who just had the 2nd-worst rookie season by any QB since Vietnam
+ Giants' 2025 Round 5 pick

I saw my first panthers game in Death Valley! Just bc they don’t draft Clemson players doesn’t mean much. They take who they take. It shouldn’t have anything to do w what college but the overall draft grade.

IMO the owner is purposely driving the franchise into the ground so he can move them. Couldn't give away a ticket this year. And based on your post, the future don't look too bright.
