Probably kids from local Memphis high schools. I don't think the schools actually take their band members to these tourney games.

Yes tiger rag was played but always thought the schools send shirts and local bands are picked to learn the fight songs and represent the participating schools at these tourneys. Not so sure it's actually Clemson band students. Could be since we are closer to Memphis. They were saying earlier NM sent shirts and this fill in band learned their music.
