ACC, was that MD has asked for a copy of the ESPN/ACC television contract as part of the discovery process.

This is the contract that nobody's seen, by the way. Various bits and pieces have been selectively "leaked" by Swofford, but only when he felt it necessary to do so.

I have a feeling that the contract is so bad, that Swofford doesn't want the details of this contract leaking out.

Accordingly, look for MD to get a sweetheart deal on leaving the conference.
