Considering what ole miss actually was guilty of they got off better than expected. The tarhole situation still is a mystery that needs explaining.

I don't like UNC and what they did either. But most people keep missing the point on what powers and areas of enforcement the NCAA is allowed by the member schools. There's legal and by-law differences between the UNC and Ole Miss situations. People keep throwing it out like it's the same.
