He isn't one of the ones getting charged with seditious conspiracy, though.
I've found that a little weird. The Oath Keepers and Proud Boys are getting charged...for whatever reason, the 3%'ers - who also showed more than a little foreknowledge the riot was going to be instigated, and a couple of whom were doing recon tours in the days prior to 1/6 - for whatever reason were not rolled up in the more serious charges we're seeing coming down the pipe. Not sure I agree with that.
I mean, this guy was another 3%'er like Guy Reffitt and he clearly knew well in advance stuff was going to go down. I mean, if taking pictures of security checkpoints and office markers the day before you go thundering into Congress screaming you're about to do really nasty stuff to Congressmen...and that's not sedition?
I mean...okay. But again, that's weird. This somehow isn't seditious conspiracy? Alrightee then. Blows my mind, anyway.
