thought I'd like for everyone to see it & see what y'all think, so wanted to post it as a topic.

I was agreeing to how pathetic this move by "the state" was to appease spurrier & the shamecoot faithful, & how this is a real slight to journalism in our state.

so here:
what's the newspaper even thinking!? the guy wrote objectively & gets slammed for "provocative" journalism (at times)...which is normally what you want.
kinda like sensationalism...it sells & makes folks open eyes & think.

Coot fans are all just whiner spoiled little brats! they didn't like hearing the truth about their god spurrier or their arrogant-azzed team, so they black-balled him.

it's pitiful & a huge blemish on true "journalism" in the state & ruins the credibility of the paper in general...

which "The State" paper already sucked & most Clemson fans quit prescribing to it long ago because of the biased coverage against us!

maybe we should be thankful for Ron's objective approach sometimes though, because anybody under Old Sacks skin is FUNNY! It makes them look like a laughing stock everywhere outside of Columbia...did y'all read the comments? LOL

Teams & media outlets have trash-talked & downed us, even coining negative phrases in reference to us & dirty-named us at times. We did what we've had to on & off the field to shut those people up...

But we didn't cry til mommy just took the bad people away!

LAMECLUCKS SUCK!!!

GO TIGERS!!!!!!

yes it is but how many of us wanted Bart fired for his antics. papers are having trouble making money these days. sometimes economics drive these moves. I just think some of the rags deserve to fail. these would be two of them

Anyone who's ever spent more than 5 minutes in this state KNOWS FOR AN ABSOLUTE CERTAINTY that most of the fans and the entire media machine from the coast to the mountains are heavily laden with chickentech alums and leans.

How does one single voice questioning Spurrier's god-like decisions merit such crushing response from his holiness and the AD as well?? And its not as if Ron Morris was some big Clemson homer either. Spurrier's dislike of Morris has apparently carried over from Morris's days at the Durham Herald when Spurrier headed up Duke's football program.

And the publisher of The State is a spineless weenie.
