Offensive Line watchers

Oct 26, 2015, 11:19 PM

Clemson will return 7 of their top 10 offensive lineman next year, plus two redshirt freshman and four true freshman. They also will have a very talented former walk on TE on the OL in Zak Riggs, he will be the back up center next year I think, playing at over 300lbs at 6'5" plus.

Clemson will have a very talented and deep 2016 team even if we lose 2 or 3 Jr. to the NFL draft. Right now if everyone comes back we will return 10 starters on defense, 8 starters on offense, and both kickers, plus at least 10 on the 2 deep on defense and 9 on the 2 deep on offense. Then you look at the talent we redshirted and the talent coming in with the 2016 recruiting class and Clemson will be a preseason top 5 team.

We rock Auburn on the plains to start the 2016 season!!!!!!

I doubt we are able to keep some of the young D guys

Venables will still field a great squad, but #1 and #2 are likely NFL bound

I would say the only players we lose on D are #90, #1, and #2 and #2 being the least likely of the three to go to the NFL. He is currently the #4 or #5 rated corner in the draft.

Alexander should stay for his red shirt junior year..... as good as he is, he still has a lot of work to do preparing for the next level.

I would love to see Kearse come back, but if he is going to be a first round pick, then he should go.

I agree with the coaches. If you are a first rounder, then go. If not, come back for your senior year and make yourself some money.

Spiller's senior season made him quite a few million more dollars. Same with Beasley.... he made himself several million more dollars his senior year at Clemson.

I think Kearse shocks the world and comes back his Senior year..

Hearse probably has nothing he can improve on. Probably already a top 15 pick and not much room to go higher.
