anyone had recent travel experience in Bogota, Colombia.
Reason was his kid was about to graduate HS and was going to go there for a month. The only people he "knows" there are internet friends.
Kid bought airfare and an air bnb for a month.
He won't have a job or anything and dad appeared nervous about sending him in the OP, then wasn't trying to hear the jounge tell him NO WAY DON'T LET HIM GO.
Then it went the way of hooker, blow, cam models, drug muling, and cartels....as the way the Jounge would.
OP got mad, called me a d!ck, and deleted the thread.

letting his 19 year old son travel to Bogota, Colombia to meet some internet friends as a graduation gift. The kid is naïve, hasn't travelled internationally, never met the people he is staying with, and completely unprepared for anything that might happen if there is a slight moment where things start to go sideways.
As the Jounge usually does, we told him he was a great father and to keep on keepin on.
