The Big 12 has about as much chance of taking ND's relationship from the B1G as a snowball has in hedoubleL.

I suspect the 12 knows this and is leveraging it to tease FSU and the others they want into a weak position for negotiations. Anyone who thinks this 'couldn't happen,' thing is impossible is just emotional and not thinking clearly.

"available" teams, i.e. Big East. If you recall that was when the rumor was strong that Louisville and BYU were next adds to the Big 12. Then all of a sudden those rumors stopped and Clemson and FSU were talked about. Could it be that this memo is the REASON Clemson and FSU were approached?

And if you believe the ACC schools were included in the review of adding no value, what about Alabama or Penn St or Florida or Southern Cal or Michigan? Would they have also been included in that statement?

ESPN would say that adding ACC schools wouldn't add value because they already have those schools under their umbrella. Why would they want to be force to pay more for them?
