ALL THAT MATTERS.

I remember I was working at a law firm for $6.25/hr right out of college. I had gotten behind and one Friday I stayed until 8pm to finish everything up for the week. There was ONE lawyer in the building left when I was done. He came up to me and said "You and I are the only ones here". I thought he was going to molest me. He instead pulled out a liquor bottle and gave me a swig. He said "We will go places". He was a new lawyer right out of college.

FFWD to today, he's the senior partner at the law firm. And they are one of our biggest clients.
