Who would they replace him with? The only way I would take that job if I were a coach would be for a 10 yr. contract at 12 million a yr to start and increase 1 million a yr each yr. I would know it would be my last coaching job because that place is a career killer.

If he loses to us this year, he will get one more year. If he beats us, the sky is the limit.

Well...considering he's the highest paid coot coach and just got a contract extension to 2027 and making over $6mill a year, they're stuck with him for at least another 2-3 years unless they wanna do another crazy buyout of a coach.
