ill be the most surprised fan on tnet if our guy pulls this off. Far too many of the 'experts' favor this new kid on the block over the obvious best player. That fluke win over the Noles and the one play where he jumped over a defender to score is all the voters remember . Sad. The Heisman has become a joke
While Louisville was beating up on their week ### schedule we were playing Auburn, Troy (who normally would be nothing to brag about, but they were 9-3 and 2nd in the Sun Belt this year), GT (8-4) and other teams like that. The team was a little sloppy here and there until the Pitt loss woke us up and DeShaun let few picks get away from him while Jackson continued to amass that stats. Jackson and the Cards folded down the stretch but at that point in the race the perception was that he was so far out ahead at that point it would take an extreme marketing/media blitz get Deshaun back to the top. I think it's a bit too late at this point. I hate it for DeShaun, he's had some bad luck being up against some of the greatest Bama teams of all time, McCafferey and Lamar Jackson (who is pretty amazing in his own right, you have to admit).
