He was driving 71 mph on a road that has a 35 mph speed limit and was involved in a crash that sent 3 people to the hospital. He was arrested for reckless driving.

I pray the 3 people don't have serious injuries but in Nobles
case, he will be given punishment from Dabo and hefty fine
and community service, may lose license until completed and
given back a few points. The other driver was charged also
for turning in front of Noble.

That's not a defense. We know Dabo won't do a thing. A slap on the wrist doesn't do anything to the people who were hurt. Look at Fred Davis. Ruined a woman's life. Dabo gave him a stern talking-to, if that.
