he basically brings up the rear in pay. Now, whether he can succeed, I don't know? Last night was bad. He was right with what he said in his post game comments, we looked nervous. Not sure I get that with a mostly veteran team.

In order for us to succeed this year he is going to have to make a major adjustment, and that's less man to man defense. Grantham is not quick enough and Roper isn't big enough to guard shooters on the perimeter. Regardless of last night I think he can coach and we'll be better this year.

But if we do move on from Brad after next year, I do hope we realize that facility improvements are not the only place we'll have to spend money. We want a proven coach with a track record? That means more than doubling what we pay Brad, maybe tripling it
