There's no way to prove when this was taken. It could have been this morning or last year. How can you prove there's weed in that bong, or that he actually hit it? A picture means nothing in this day and age. If the president can get away with it, I don't expect it to be any different for an SEC football player.

It's the lighting in the room plus the fact that he has a full sleeve of tattoos. Still, nothing will come of it. I don't think it's a big deal, but the "rules are rules" argument should apply to him just like it does to everyone else.

Coaches say that they are aware of the photo, and know when it was taken. They are intimating that it is an old photo that was planned for a release during football season. They also say all players are drug screened at the beginning of the season and randomly during football season. So nothing will come of this, other than we now know momma's boy Bobby likes the herb.
Kind of unfair for the high profile guys I think in the day of cameras everywhere and social media. These guys are still just kids, even if they are 300 pound kids, and kids are dumb; particularly when they get away from the parents for the first time and can do whatever they want. Sometimes they have to learn the hard way.
