reading through the thread, it seems the OP was based on fake news, but it doesn't change the accuracy of expectations expressed in your post. If Bama doesn't now crush all opponents there is a team problem.
I hadn't thought of this til your pist but I fully expect Bana to come out with complete focus and performance for the remainder of the season.

jyst saw that Bamas bye week is next week with LSU afterwards. I honestly feel a little sorry for Bamas players and assistants as I suspect Saban is going to have those boys living in He'll for no less than 2 weeks.
