New offen. coor. shouldn't be hard to find for Swinney
Oct 12, 2014, 10:28 PM

|
If/when Swinney has to get a new offensive coordinator...he shouldn't have any problems finding one. All he has to do is get on Tigernet. Apparently there are a lot on the board, who have never coached a day in their life, never been to a Clemson practice, but yet they know better than everyone on the staff right now.
Now don't get me wrong, some calls I questioned but I am not on the sideline so I don't know the situation.
Maybe, just maybe, the coaches know more than me because they are down there on the field with the team and not sitting in Section X, Row D, Seat 12

Did he seem to be offering ignorant and uniformed advice? Seemed to me he was pointing out how stupid you look when you offer ignorant and uninformed advice. I could be wrong.

Don't wait. Reach out and touch someone. You're such a miserable person that you're obviously missing something in life. Go ahead and scratch that itch. Explore your curiosity. Heck you may never look back. I'm mean we'd all hate to see you leave Tigernet but don't want to hold you back.

Our next OC should come from the pool of offensive gurus masquerading as Johnny Clemson fan until the position opens up. I have heard a lot of them scoring easily from the 1 , under center of course ...with an OLman as lead blocker . DABO has it made with this well informed , salty brigade.

Oh, so when the coaches make very obvious mistakes ie., the horrific clock mismanagement at the end of the first half, then fans can't discuss it? Or when Coach Swinney doesn't call a timeout in th e FSU game after CJ Davidson scored an obvious TD to make his case for a review? Come on Man!

We scored two TDs from less than two yards against FSU

Both were out of the shotgun.
You can fail or fumble from under center just as easily as you can from the shotgun.

Dabo insist they all read it. That's why he called a timeout at the end of the game. He wanted to give Coach V enough time to read through their Tigernet archives.

Oct 12, 2014, 11:12 PM

simple. We would snap to the QB under center if we need one yard or maybe two. we would pass to the best WRs. We would block for the RBs amazingly well. We would always put 11 players on the field - 11 really great players. And we would be very respectful as we scored early and often.
I'm ready for the call. ;-0)

realized I'd have to stand on the sidelines the entire game.
That begs the question: what do the staff and team do if they have to go to the toilet?
Thinking I might be better off rethinking my thinking...and let the coaches do the coaching. lol
