research but I'd be interesting to see how many ex players from each team has a major coaching role at Alabama, Georgia, Ohio St. Michigan, etc..

Alabama has one coach, Defensive Line, who played FB at Bama and he has 15 yrs. coaching experience. The other 10 coaches are not Bama alumni or relatives of Saban.

There’s definitely a fair share of nepotism & cronyism during Dabo’s era at Clemson.

In recent memory, we’ve given how many scholarships to friends, sons of coaches, etc… hmm…

So 2 of those 15 worked out, with Chase & Nolan. The only one more egregious with it is Deion Sandeds at Colorado.
