What most don't grasp is, when making $400,000+ plus per year at say 5 years time on average, makes these buddies instantly worth 2 million and set for life. It won't matter if Dabo "brings down the hammer" on his buddies after this time, because they will all be on their yachts anyway. It's almost one giant scheme.

Making $200,000 for 5 years will make nobody with a family set for life. Taxes, insurance, food costs, housing costs, energy costs and on and on leave little for savings.

Uh, $2 million is more than enough to set someone up for life, or at the very least make them NOT have to worry about making ends meet and can start a business, etc. Cronyism Pays BABY!

Mostly cronyism. The only nepotism you can see would be playing coaches son's that should not be playing until mop up duty in the 4th quarter with a huge ad. Coach Venables son at linebacker was second string when he should have been 3rd string. Then he was starting when he should have been 2nd string. His other son is a solid second string guy in the secondary. Coach Swinney's sons should never see the field at all except for mop up duty. Then you have the friends of the family as well. So, 80% cronyism and 20% nepotism.
