I believe he harassed the dude and his girlfriend saying nasty stuff to the girlfriend , and when the boyfriend defended her honor , the dirtpecker sucker-punched the guy after they were departing the area.
Guess the 'roids haven't worn off since leaving Coot U.

Basically, he's a 190 lb guy who weighed 250 when he was on the team at USuC. That should tell you all you need to know about the dirtpecker's testing program.

This thug has been in trouble before and was fortunate to avoid criminal charges in his hometown. Hopefully, he'll get the jail time he deserves now.
