But she's obviously an idiot coot and I told her as much. Then I held up seven fingers and told her to "suck on these because #8 on the way Dr. CootQuack!" I was often in the mental wards.
Here is the deal -- "swing your arms".
On admission they dope all to a "safe" level. That means one does not have energy or desire to move their arms while walking. That is how they can tell inmates from visitors.
After a few days when the psychotic killers show no signs (doped to the max) of aggression, they are released.
