I reached the same compromise at NCSU. Since State was paying my salary, I pulled for them in basketball when they played the Tigers and then pulled for the Tigers in football, My colleagues said that I just wanted to win most of the time! From 1957 until 1983 we had some great fun.

so much. She asked if I thought it was because she learned it from me. I explained that that had nothing to do with it and that unc fans were all dooshbags. She agreed and said yeah they were those stupid gay hats and act like dooshbags in class.

are either duke or UNC fans. a few state fans. and even fewer wake fans. so i feel like i'm doing pretty well making him a fan of clemson football. clemson basketball isn't doing me any favors. lol

naturally, by having to put up with their azzhatt fans in school. I did not influence them at all.
My oldest son learned about them in the 1ST GRADE! He came home one day and said did not like UNC (he wasn't allowed to say "hate"). State, Wake, Duke - he was fine with them. But the obnoxious 1ST GRADE UNC fans had turned him already.

really. we have season tickets to carolina football (clemson too) and spend pretty much every saturday either at clemson or carolina.
