We hit the grill lass nite with a 24oz Porterhouse. Cooked to a perfect 135F

medium rare. I had the strip. Ms. Wilbur had the filet. Opened a 2020 Chateau St. Michelle cab. Inexpensive, but very good. Baked taters and grilled asparagus with Hollandiase.

Good stuff.

None of the stores in my area carry a cut like that. Tbone? Sure. But nary an actual porterhouse.
