Blessed to be there when he propsed! She graduated in 2020 from Clemson. Best Christmas present ever. We were at Box Canyon falls in Ouray, Colorado.

Congrats…daughter was engaged over the summer (we were also there)…planning an April 2025 wedding.
Really eye-opening how expensive weddings are these days…thankfully after touring just about every venue in north and South Carolina, she finally found one.

I think it's nuts. My FIL had to take out a loan to pay for it all. 50k something. I told him he was a fool and I knew only about 12 people there in total, 😂

I don’t disagree…but I’m not calling the shots haha…budget is thankfully significantly less than 50k…but I’ve spent 8k just on deposits so far. Thankfully I won’t have to borrow money…as long as the next two bonuses are good. Fingers crossed!!

My late alumna and I were married at the G'ville county court house Oct 27, 1973. Then went back to the duplex to watch the NCSU game. The tailgating was great afterward. Plus the inlaws, who lived in NJ, gave her a new car.

Thanks! We have an October wedding, and I am hoping for either our open date to be that weekend, or we will have football on at the reception (our reception is sports themed so it fits lol) Besides myself (and my immediate family) there are only a handful of guests that are into CFB so it'll work out.
