My 12-Year Old Golden is laying next to me

and hasn't moved since last night. We knew he was getting weaker but this looks like the end. I picked him up earlier to try and get him to go downstairs to get food and get outside but he just laid back down.
Unfortunately I cannot get away from work, got a very pressing issue to take care of. Makes it a helluva lot harder with this going on.
Dangit, I hate this part. Had to get it off my chest a little. Sorry for the downer post. You might get another one later, who knows.

She had liver failure. And all of this happened literally the day we got our new puppy.

Sorry to hear this. My 13 year old beagle is getting weaker everyday too. I dread the day we have to make that tough decision.
