And most states have made it legal, and Obama says he will not go after recreational use. Marijuana is mild high compared to alcohol and can be medicinal for some diseases!

Federal Law doesnt reign supreme... states rights trump federal law as long as it doesnt impose or infringe upon the bill of rights or the constitution...

and even if it were, it wouldn't be a great argument for legalization because two wrongs wouldn't make a right. We have legal regulation of alcohol because it's harmful, and we don't make it illegal because use is too widespread and very modest use is even healthy. Weed usage is, thankfully, not as widespread as alcohol use, and can still be somewhat controlled.

crack, methamphatimines and cocaine extacy, then that is going to have to be cleaned out. I can't imagine anyone being smart enough to get accepted to Clemson and, at the same time, stupid enough to do this.

to the point where some marijuana magazine said Clemson had one of the larger underground "weed cultures."
I wonder if this had anything to do with the guy getting killed last week.

Alcohol is more of a killer than weed! If it was legal all of it could be controlled much easier!

night said it was common knowledge that a 23-year old student had been selling drugs out of his on-campus (Thornhill Village) apartment/duplex. I was thinking what has it come to?

Someone on here said the 23 yr old murdered in the home invasion was a 'known dealer'. It turns out, the thugs were after his 29 yr old roommate's marijuana.
That happened at Chimney Creek. Someone said it was on campus. It's not.
Someone on here said that home invasion occured at Thornhill Village. It didn't.
The article says the sting is not related. Someone on here is already speculating it was.

derelict students get arrested for selling drugs is that those students are just trying to make some money cause Lord knows their degrees won't allow them to do it. It's not so funny when the shoe is on the other foot.
