snowstorm in '96. Had to be 200+ people out on the dyke at 2am, sliding on EVERYTHING we could find. Lunch trays, innertubes, kneeboards, ironing boards. One group drug a keg out there.

Borrowed someone’s skis and boots and wrecked my drunk assoff trying to do a daffy off that little shelf midway down, where someone had put a little kicker jump.

My golden has gotten overweight. She gets walked in the morning now and I ride my bike w her along w me, limit her food intake etc but she doesn’t seem to be losing any. Suggestions?

2024 purple level memberbadge-donor-05yr.jpg flag link military_tech thumb_downthumb_up

How old is she?

Sep 22, 2022, 11:35 AM

Don't give her people food, put her on lite food and give her the minimum, don't give her many treats,... Sounds cruel but it normally works. Get the vet to check her out

She is almost 5.

Sep 22, 2022, 11:46 AM

I don’t give her people food but others do bc other dog is a skinny pit lab mix and eats a lot of leftovers. So it seems unfair for only her to get some.

I prob need to get lite food but also the other dog so would need to feed them separately . Good advice, thank you.
