Major props to clemsonstepp, I really like the pic of the old memorial bridge with the two concrete pillars there...

Go Tigers.

I was born Feb. 1962 when my dad was attending Clemson.

We lived in the old prefabs where Litlejohn is located now. Its very neat to see how the campus and the area looked through my parents eyes while they were there.

Question about one of the pictures...............

Jan 17, 2013, 3:09 PM

When I went to CU, we would go to a sliding rock which looked just like the picture of High Falls. I never could remember the name of the place or how we got there (it was the late 60's early 70's after all). Then I saw the picture today of High Falls. I think that's the place. Where is it and how do you get there? Thanks.

from Clemson to Seneca and take a right on 130 until you junction 183 (about 9 miles). Continue on 183 for about 4 miles until you see High Falls park on the left. That is where the falls are but they are now part of Lake Keowee never to be seen again.. I remember swimming there when I was at Clemson.

High Falls is now under water at Lake Keowee. If you drive
