cause he should be getting paid more here. He should ABSOLUTELY be making more than Conn.

Gonna be sad to see him go. Elite coach for sure and elite recruiter. Brightside will be it's early in the cycle and won't cost as many recruits if Reed does indeed become the HC.

I don't know, he seems to have the least coaching experience on that list unless I'm reading it wrong.

How can you say Mike Reed should be making more than Mickey Conn? So what Reed has a better resume, has recruited better and developed more players to the NFL than Conn. So what everone on the staff knows Conn continously steals coaching drills from Reed. Conn (as a walk-on who rode the bench) helped Dabo lead the Bama team to the championship under Gene Stallings and most importantly he's Dabo's best friend. He's one of the charter members of the " Friends and Family Plan ". How dare you say Reed should be making more than Conn.

I’m pretty sure Conn is still Co-DC. We have no idea how much influence he has had on the secondaries success. We have had some fantastic corners under Reed, but we’ve had some pretty dang good safeties with Conn. I don’t know enough to judge what kind of job Conn has done. I know that Reed has been fantastic though.
