They stupidly gave that coach a huge raise when he was having a decent season his first year. The season wasn't even over and I believe they kind of crashed out at the end. Ever since they have gone straight down the tubes. Bet they are regretting that decision big time.

MSU should recruit players who have character values.

Clemson seldom loses a player who is vital to our team because we almost never recruit those seeking great profits from their LOIs.

You must not follow closely but there are many recruits and portal guys who could help our team but choose other schools.

which is why he had very promising success his first year at Michigan State. They REALLY cleaned up, especially with Kenneth Walker who was a beast.

MSU well understood they had to pay him or he was gone after one year because they plucked him from Colorado after only one year. It would have been humiliating for their program. Hah, they made the wrong decision.

Props to Mel Tucker though. He got crazy money, will eventually get fired and go back to being a coordinator where he belongs. Happy ending for him but not for MSU.
