Some of this stuff is really bad and guys deserve what they get, but the climate these days is crazy when it seems that a lot of people are making claims they should have made years ago.

in some cases, but a lot of times there's a good reason people don't come forward for a while, such as fear of losing one's job. Or fear that someone else will get fired. Not saying it's always right, but I understand sometimes why people do things the way they do.
