The people immigrating to the US from south of the border aren't corrupt government officials, they're fleeing that flavor of corrupt government oppression. Are “fleeing” anything. Sure some are truly escaping danger, but most are coming for a sweet pay raise. If I could hike into Canada and get a bus ticket somewhere and make a 20x multiplier of what I do here, I’d probably “flee” the US too.

Not for a sweet pay raise. Its not that luxurious. Their lives arent easy here either, but its better from where they are from and there is hope. People with kids do it so their kids will have a chance at a better life and not for themselves generally. Hope is why they come.

Your mistake is assuming the left doesn't want exactly the outcome you predict. Everything they do is predicated on turning the US into a third world country. They tell us how much they despise this country on a near daily basis and they use the term "white" as a pejorative constantly. So if you hate America and you hate white property, why wouldn't you want to destroy it in exactly this method?

It's important to point out that there are perfectly good reasons for wanting tight border security and border policy that includes controlled, legal immigration that have zero to do with racism or hateful ignorance. Trump and his ilk deserve every bit of criticism they get over this, but there has been an undeniable, equally ignorant effort by many on the left to paint anyone who wants to slam the door on the flow of ILLEGAL imigration with that same broad brush.
The people who don't see both sides of that, or are in denial of it, are the problem.
