Just curious as to what is on everyone's menu for the year's first tailgate? The wife and I have yet to nail ours down.
Whatcha got?

In addition to our regular group, my oldest daughter is a student at Clemson and she generally brings about a dozen of her friends/sorority sisters who do not have family in the area who tailgate. Since I never know for sure who or how many will show-up, we always have plenty.

...tailgate. I think we're going to throw together our first Low Country Boil and see how it goes. I like to make enough of whatever it is we're doing to offer to those around us to expand the tailgate and meet new people. Makes for a great time.

so we've gotten to know everyone around us pretty well. As a result, it is not at all uncommon or unusual for everyone parked around us to just walk-up and pretty much help themselves to whatever people have.
I am the only one in our general vacinity with a satellite and a television so that in and of itself ususally draws a crowd.

Sardines packed in water, mashed in a bowl with a fork. Splashed with vinegar, and covered with coarse ground black pepper. Served on fresh saltines. Very healthy and Mediterranean.
