Mark Helfrich

That is the only option I see who will actually increase what we do. He is only getting paid 300,000 a year and chad made 1.2 million. There are several coaches who might take a step back, or maybe even maintain what we do(kliffsbury)

But I think Helfrich would improve it

2 things

1. Can we at least wait until Coach Morris is gone before we begin 2309109390 different threads about replacements. Who knows what is really going on with the TT coaching search right now, as everything is just speculation and rumors. Coach Morris might not even take the job if offered, and who knows if he is being offered.

2. The Oregon OC makes $300,000 a year because he doesn't do anything. Chip Kelley is 100% in charge of the offense and calls all of the plays. His offenses when he was an actual OC at Colorado from 2006-2008, I believe, were pretty horrendous.

If what you have has given you hints that they will be leaving. Find someone else long before they get a chance to pack up. That has always worked when it has concerned the women in my life. Replacements will always keep the other side of the bed warm until a better replacement can be found. Always. I bet it works with FB coaches also.;)

Under Helfrich at Colardo:

2006:
16.3 points per game (107th)
296.4 yards per game (102nd)

2007:
27.6 points per game (62nd)
377 yards per game (72nd)

2008:
20.2 points per game (100th)
318.5 yards per game (95th)

Keep in mind that this season, the median points per game for all FBS teas was 29.3 points per game and the median yards per game for all FBS teams was 400.7 yards per game.
