Making memorial stadium larger?

I know we’ve had a ton of upgrades to the stadium/grounds over the last few years, but am I the only one wanting to see the stadium grow? Wasn’t there some plans a few years back to increase seating capacity a few years back by extending the upper decks around, or am I just imagining things?

Speaking of imagining…imagine Death Valley with close to 100k fans!

I doubt they will. The trend is for more high-end amenities than seat volume. I assume this is to justify the ever ballooning ticket prices. We’ll probably see individual (NFL style) seating before we see a bunch of low price upper deck additions.

Stadiums will not be getting larger. We don’t even fill it up now. It’s all about making more money off of existing seating by making it “premium”.

It's all about the Benjamin's. And high dollar seats is where it's at now a days. Of course, l haven't been able to afford tickets for years.

When we start getting that SEC money, we will go to a 110,000 seat stadium and sell out every game.
