Option A) Spring a plumbing leak while my leak detection device is close to being fulfilled from backorder.
Option B) Literally change Home Warranty Companies yesterday...now hoping they honor their "renewal" with no wait period since I was a previous customer.
Option C) I've been waiting for three days to start pooping more than a little nugget here and there because of a diverticulitis thing, and now that things are starting to normalize, the water is off until I can get a plumber out so I'm going to be basically turning the guest bathroom into an old-school outhouse.
Option D) An@l Moresechs, don't you think.
EDIT: Option E) omfg. Jimmy forgot the best one. A fortune cookie from dinner that said, "Lots of luck this evening."

The bright side here is that the little man woke up crying around 2AM and wasn't going back to sleep. So go to check on him and hear the sound of static from downstairs. Go down, and see a plume of water coming from the ceiling. Fortunately, I think I caught it within 10 min. of breaking.
But folks. For those who don't turn your water off when you leave for the week or whatever. Do it. This could have been ridiculously bad if we were out of town (or even at work).
Also get a water turn-off T.
Also get a leak detector that isn't on backorder.

off (though the remedy was some sort of simple iron filter...). I ended up going with Phyn based on reviews. But Phyn is on a 45 day backorder. "I can't possibly have a leak within that timeframe," I thought.
These thoughts of mine...

So you say, turn all water off?
I remember I did this one vacationy time. When I came off and turnt the water back on, I learned that air had gotten in the refrig water line.
So for the past 5 years, my water dispenser in the fridge randomly sounds like a machine gun.
