Does LSU winning make Bama's win look better, or, based on the logic of the committee and ESPN, does Ole Miss winning make Bama's loss look better?

Don't be silly. All SEC results help Bama. It'll either be "but look who we beat!" or "But look who we lost to!" Whatever narrative fits the result.

I would think they would rather have Ole Miss win so their loss doesn't look as bad but not sure it matters much for them. In an ideal world they would want a close Ole Miss win but either way one of those 2 teams stays in the top 25 and that is probably most important for Bama at this point. They are solidly in the top 4 and that is all that really matters.
