Lot 13 Parking (I tried searching but it is not working)

Guys taking my son to the game this weekend and we have Lot 13 passes. A lot has changed since I was a regular at the games. What time should I get to Lot 13 to have a decent parking space? I define decent as not half way to the front of the field.

You should be good if you get there around 10. You'll be in the back of the field if you get there after 12 or up the hill at the Crew facility after that.
